<p>A foggy afternoon in Staithes, North Yorkshire.</p> <p>I was thrilled to bits when this image was selected to appear in last year&#39;s AA/Sunday Times Landscape Photographer of the Year exhibition at the National&nbsp;Theatre in London. The print was enormous and yet the quality of the image was not impaired as a result. Given that this was taken with a Canon 20D (8 MP) it did make me wonder when I looked at the print whether we really need&nbsp;the sort of&nbsp;high MP resolution that camera manufacturers insist on offering us nowadays. </p>
